Les centres d’usinage PORTATEC trouvent leur utilisation principalement dans le domaine aéronautique et ferroviaire. C’est par une collaboration sans faille avec ses clients aéronautiques que PORTATEC a pu mettre au point des machines parfaitement adaptées en terme de processus et qualité de coupe. En particulier les tables aspirantes sont équipées de multiples zones de vide programmables afin de bien optimiser la fixation des tôles à découper sur la table de la machine. PORTATEC a également breveté le système vilmill™ qui permet aux parties découpées de bien rester fixées sur la table après découpe , particulièrement si elles sont de petite dimension. Ces développements sont faits en liaison avec l’Université technique de DRESDE. PORTATEC a développé également des systèmes automatisés de stockage des tôles en amont et aval de la machine , permettant la mise en production de véritables centres de découpe. Les machines peuvent être équipées de une à deux broches de fraisage et adaptées aux spécifications des constructeurs aéronautiques.

The combined effect of temperature, pressure and vacuum at fixed set points carried out during the work cycle of the autoclave gives strengh and resistance to the product under treatement. No other solution for polymerization (e.g. RTM, poltrusion, filament winding, ect.) can achieve these performances.

The autoclave combines during its working cycle the effect of temperature, pressure and vacuum at fixed set pionts. Thanks to these combined effects the PVB film between the glass sheets can polymerize, granting the perfect bonding and transparency of the final product.

The Leonard machines are a complete and modular range of Horizontal Lathes for the machining on medium to large work pieces with highest performances in terms of rigidity for rough operations and precision for finishing operations. The main feature of these machines is the technology of the preloaded Hydrostatic ways which are successfully used for both cross and longitudinal slides.

The machine UGD 150N is a special lathe designed for machinng of wheel profiles of wheelsets used in light rail vehicles, without the need to dismantle them from the vehicle.
