3D Printer – SINTRATEC S1

Manufacturer : SINTRATEC

The method of manufacture

The manufacturing method of Sintratec S1 is to selectively heat fine particles of polymer powder using a diode laser to make 3D parts. The machine deposits a first layer of materials and the laser comes to heat locally bringing the necessary energy to the particles of powder so that they merge. The operation is repeated layer by layer until the final piece is obtained in 3D. One of the advantages of this method of manufacture is that it does not require the creation of support structures because the unfused powder itself acts as a support.

Diode laser manufacturing

Durable objects and complex shapes The diode laser manufacturing mode is a technology that allows to print complex objects with a freedom of form and interesting technical properties. Print parts at once with moving parts with high mechanical load capacity and very long-term stability.

This technology is particularly suitable for functional prototyping, parts production and R & D.
