ExOne – 160 PRO
The ExOne 160 PRO, manufactured in 2021, is an industrial additive manufacturing system based on binder jetting technology, designed for the production of metal and ceramic components in both prototyping and serial production environments.
With a large build volume of 800 × 500 × 400 mm (XYZ), the DM 160 PRO enables the production of large parts or high-density build jobs, offering excellent productivity and cost efficiency per part.
Technology and Materials
The machine operates using the Binder Jetting process, known for its high printing speed and ability to produce complex geometries without the need for support structures.
The system is currently configured with validated material parameters for:
- 316L stainless steel
- 17-4PH stainless steel
- M2 tool steel
- 925 sterling silver (Ag)

- Delfin industrial dust collector
- 1 working job box (800 × 500 × 400 mm)
- All required cables, connections, and hoses

Optional equipment available :
- Powtrex or AZO powder handling systems
- Sieving systems (not required for printing)
- The AZO system also includes a powder conditioning function
