Opt Lasers is a brand of Tomorrow’s System Sp. z o.o., a European laser head manufacturer founded in 2014 and based in Poland. The company designs industrial blue-diode laser heads for cutting and engraving, standard and custom laser modules, laser diode drivers and temperature controllers.
Its Polish headquarters brings together electronics and laser R&D laboratories, a full machine shop and a component stock. Its customers include CNC machine and 3D printer manufacturers, integrators, universities, research centres and end users.
Opt Lasers offers three Plug&Play kits for Stepcraft CNC milling machines of the M, D and Q series. Each kit includes the laser head, the PLH3D-CNC Adapter PRO control interface, the dedicated power supply, the head cable, safety glasses and the mount for your series. Multistation helps you choose the kit that fits your machine and your materials. All kits are available on quotation.
45 W · Fast cutting and thick materials
With 45 W of optical power, the XT8 is built for high-speed cutting and engraving. It cuts wood up to 20 mm and also engraves leather, acrylic, rubber, anodized metal and ceramic.
6 W · Ultra-detailed engraving
With a spot of about 45 µm, the XT-50 reproduces fine details, small text and photos (550 DPI and above, depending on the machine and the material). It cuts thin materials, up to 3 mm of wood.
6 W · Versatile engraving, light cutting
The XF+ is the starter kit of the range: a spot of about 300 µm for everyday engraving (graphics, lettering, personalized items) and light cutting, in one or several passes, up to 6 mm of wood.
The XT8 cuts fast and thick, the XT-50 engraves very finely, and the XF+ handles general engraving and light cutting as an entry-level kit.

All three kits fit Stepcraft machines of the M, D and Q series. The mount and signal cable differ by series: we select them with you when preparing the quote.
Each kit comes with safety glasses (OD 7+, 190 to 540 nm). Also plan for an enclosure around the machine and fume extraction, especially for plastics and resinous woods.
