FAQ

What kind of assistance do you offer? 

Our full technical team has selected the very best line of products. We provide a daily hotline from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm to our customers.

Shipping policy

If the product is right away available from our facility, the delivery will occur in France within 3 working days from the processing date.

Your order will be processed the same day before noon, otherwise the next working day.

If the product is not available from our facility, and before confirming your purchase order, we will contact you and give you our very best delivery date.

  • Tracking of your order:  Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the delivery tracking number.
  • If you are away : you will receive in your mailbox a delivery notice, allowing you to pick-up the package from the nearest post-office or schedule a new delivery.
  • We deliver to any destinations in France and in several European countries (we have different agreements with manufacturers). For deliveries outside of France, please contact our customer service: service@multistation.com
  • The delivery price depends on weight, product’s value (included insurance) and is shown before submitting your payment.

As a reminder, we make all the very best to deliver on time but cannot be hold responsible for extra delays occurred by our freight service provider.

Store Pick-up

Regarding delivery option, you can choose the free “Store Pick-up” option. We have a demo center at 2 allée Ephyra – CS 61839 – 35418 Saint-Malo Cedex.

Is the payment 100% safe ?

We don’t store any payment information in our servers. The payment process is handled by Société Générale .

What is the guarantee on your products?

For the parts or exchange guarantee, please refer to the specific terms for each machine and general sales conditions.

What is your product return policy?

You have to 14 days to change your mind. Contact our customer service to find out how to process: service@multistation.com

All returns are at your charge. Keep the original packaging during the warranty period.
