Multi Minimill – Closed Desktop CNC with Automatic Tool Change
The Multi Minimill brings the precision of a professional CNC milling machine to your desk or workshop, in a compact format (630 × 510 × 525 mm). It is fully enclosed, features an automatic tool changer and is driven by software designed for beginners. It is suited to makers and fablabs as well as schools, design offices and small businesses that prototype or produce small batches.
A Fully Enclosed Desktop CNC
Safety for Workshops
The full enclosure protects the user from flying chips and rotating tools. This design makes the machine well suited to training institutions, fablabs and shared spaces.
Cleaner, Quieter Machining
The closed enclosure reduces noise and contains dust. A collection tray makes cleaning easy after each session, and a vacuum cleaner can be connected for the dustiest materials (MDF, carbon fibre).
5-Position Automatic Tool Changer
Chain Operations Without Intervention
The fully automatic tool magazine holds up to 5 tools. The machine can chain roughing, finishing, engraving and chamfering in a single cycle, with no manual intervention. A tool change takes about 10 seconds, compared with several minutes by hand.
Saved Time and Greater Consistency
Less handling means fewer positioning errors and better repeatability from one part to the next, especially in small-batch production.
±0.01 mm Precision and 600 W Spindle
A Rigid Frame for Lasting Precision
The structure combines an aluminium frame with injection-moulded parts, ball screws and linear guides. XY positioning and machining accuracy reach 0.01 mm.
Power for Demanding Materials
The 600 W spindle (0 to 18,000 rpm) machines at speeds of up to 3,000 mm/min. It can work hardwood as well as aluminium, copper or carbon fibre, with a working area of 300 × 200 × 120 mm.
A Wide Choice of Materials
The Multi Minimill machines:
- Wood and wood-based materials: plywood, MDF, solid wood;
- Plastics and composites: acrylic, plastic, carbon fibre;
- Metals: aluminium, copper (+ low-carbon steel and titanium for short machining runs);
- Precious metals and stone: gold, silver, gemstones, marble;
- Others: plaster, paraffin wax.
This versatility makes it useful for prototyping, jewellery making, model making, decoration, electronics (PCB engraving) and technical education.
Free AI Software, Accessible to Beginners
From Design to Machining in Minutes
The supplied CAM software generates toolpaths with AI assistance and automatically recommends cutting parameters. No prior CAM experience is required. The machine offers graphic engraving, file, scan, contour and pixel machining modes.
Compatible With Your Usual Tools
The machine reads NC and G-code files and works with WeCarver CAM, Fusion 360, ArtCAM, Easel and Carveco Maker, on Windows, Mac and Linux.
Simple Operation
A 5-inch colour touchscreen lets you control the machine directly. You can also send files via USB, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or TF card. The interface is available in 8 languages, including French.
