A MACHINE THAT GOES ANYWHERE
Weighing 105 kg and featuring a compact, collapsible frame, the SmartBench fits into a standard utility van and can be handled by a single person. It assembles in 3 minutes or less, without manual calibration, and is immediately ready for use on-site, in the workshop, or for training. It can also be stored in the tightest of spaces.
LARGE FORMAT, PROFESSIONAL PRECISION
The machine offers a machining area of up to 2,500 × 1,250 mm (8′ × 4′) with a maximum cutting depth of 152 mm. Its tolerance of ±0.5 mm across the entire table meets the requirements of professional mass production. The Feed-Through function also allows for the machining of parts longer than the Y-axis by cutting in successive sections—with no theoretical length limit.
YETIPILOT: INTELLIGENCE AT THE HEART OF THE MACHINE
The Precision Pro+ model is equipped with the variable-speed SC2 spindle (5,000 to 24,000 rpm, ER16 collet up to 10 mm shank). This spindle communicates in real time with YetiPilot, which continuously monitors load, speed, and temperature. In the event of a variation during machining,
YetiPilot reacts instantly to adjust settings and protect the tool, the workpiece, and the machine. A real-time display of spindle load is available at all times on the console.
The machine also features an automatic shutdown in the event of prolonged spindle overload, as well as a laser-guided X/Y zeroing system for fast and reliable reference setting.
SIMPLE CONTROL, MAXIMUM PRODUCTIVITY
The XL Console is a detachable, portable 10.1″ color touchscreen control tablet (32 GB storage, 4 GB RAM). It receives cutting files via Wi-Fi or USB and features an intuitive interface that does not require extensive training in CNC programming.
In the event of an interruption, power outage, or emergency stop, the Job Recovery feature allows you to resume work exactly where it left off, without having to restart the operation from the beginning.
UNCOMPROMISING MATERIAL VERSATILITY
The SmartBench Precision Pro+ processes a wide range of materials: solid hardwoods and softwoods, MDF, plywood, composite panels (Dibond, Corian…), plastics (polycarbonate, PMMA, PVC…), engineering foams (expanded PVC, EVA foam…), and aluminum as well as other soft non-ferrous metals. A single tool for a variety of projects, from prototypes to production runs.
A CLEAN WORK ENVIRONMENT
The machine comes ready for connection to a shop vacuum (38 mm external diameter fitting), ensuring a clean working environment that meets professional standards.
SAFETY
The SmartBench PrecisionPro+ complies with European safety standards. Its safety features—including an emergency stop, safety bars along the X-axis, a dust extraction hood, a fully enclosed milling work area, and spindle retraction in the event of a malfunction detected by the machine during machining—ensure user safety.
