The Waterjet Delicia is the most compact of the three machines, a waterjet cutter powered by a pump delivering 4,000 bar of pressure. It’s compact, easy to program and ideal for pastry.
THE HIGH-PRODUCTIVITY FOOD CUTTING SYSTEM
The Waterjet Magnifica incorporates the basic technical features of the Waterjet Delicia. It’s an automatic movable multi-tray cutting system (infeed tray, cutting zone tray, outfeed tray) that boosts productivity.
THE IN-LINE CUTTING SYSTEM FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY
The Waterjet Optima has the same basic technical features as the Waterjet Delicia, but the Waterjet Optima features a rotary table with several cutting heads.
