MultiTec
The MultiTec is WALDRICH COBURG´s smallest machining centre with a modular design. It can of course be adapted in various ways to suit all special requirements.
The MultiTec is principally used in the machine tool industry, in the production of general machinery, as well as in power plant and turbine construction, diesel engine construction and in the production of printing machines and machines for the plastics industry.
MasterTec
The MasterTec is the portal machining centre for medium-sized, medium-weight workpieces with a module design. It can of course be adapted in various ways to suit all special requirements.
The MasterTec is principally used in the machine tool industry, in the production of general machinery, as well as in power plant and turbine construction, diesel engine construction and in the production of printing machines and machines for the plastics industry.
For the MultiTec and the MasterTec, the length, width and height can all be varied, and it can be supplied with a fixed or height-adjustable crossrail, a single or double table or a pallet design, an integrated rotary table and interchangeable spindle units. Alternatively, the machine is available with 3 + 2 axes or as a five-axis milling machine.
PowerTec
The PowerTec is WALDRICH COBURG´s largest and most powerful portal machining centre. The modular design of this series lends itself to an extremely broad range of applications. As well as being available in many different sizes, it can be supplied in either a table or a gantry design, with a fixed or height-adjustable crossrail, with a single or double table or in a pallet design and with an integrated rotary table. Alternatively, the machine is available with 3 + 2 axes or as a five-axis milling machine.
The different milling heads combined with the highly-developed WALDRICH COBURG spindle units and the automatic changing systems for tools and spindle units guarantee the efficient machining of an extremely broad range of different workpieces.
Some uses of the PowerTec include power plant and turbine construction, the diesel engine industry and the production of general machinery.
MultiContour High Rail Gantry Milling Machine
The MultiContour high rail gantry milling machine is the solution for 5-axis components requiring the highest contour accuracy. MultiContour is built with all hydrostatic guideways ensuring the highest damping, stiffness and dynamic behavior. The hydrostatic guideways combined with the high rail design result in high axis acceleration and travel speeds. Equipped with a mechanical and motor spindle making it the ideal machine for roughing and finishing operations.
Options include pallet changers, FMS integration and double gantry to maximize productivity. These options combined with standard features such as automatic tool changer and head changer allow for fully automated operation.
Primary applications for MultiContour include aerospace and die and mold industries.
