MULTISTATION takes a major step forward by partnering with Avenco, a Turkish manufacturer specializing in robotic additive manufacturing systems. This exclusive agreement allows MULTISTATION to add large-scale 3D printing solutions to its catalogue — both high-performance and cost-accessible — aimed at French industrial players.
In response to growing demands for shorter lead times and reduced material costs, AVENCO brings a distinctive approach: high-performance thermoplastic extruders, mounted on robotic arms, capable of producing large-volume parts at throughput rates of up to 50 kg/h. Composite molds, aeronautical tooling, boat hulls, façade panels — the range of applications is remarkably broad.
The AVEX series comes in three complementary models, all compatible with KUKA robots and ENCY, Ai Build, and Adaxis software platforms:
AVEX 15 — Entry-level, 15 kg/h, 78 kg. Ideal for rapid prototyping, R&D labs, and compact structures.
AVEX 20 — Industrial standard, 25 kg/h, 84 kg. Enhanced torque for technical parts, molds, and functional components.
AVEX 32 — High-end, 50 kg/h, 140 kg. Built for intensive production: large structures, naval and aeronautical applications.
All three models reach a maximum extrusion temperature of 450 °C and support a wide range of engineering-grade materials: PP GF, PETG, PC CF, PA6 GF/CF, and more.
Beyond thermoplastics, Avenco develops concrete extruders for on-site additive construction. The 1K Concrete Extruder (single-component) offers a straightforward setup for walls, buildings, and urban furniture, while the 2K Concrete Extruder (dual-component) enables complex geometries with a setting time of under 10 seconds.
