CENTROFORM –  EZFORM LV 1827 V

The EZFORM LV 1827 V2 can be used quickly upon receipt, it has an integrated vacuum system adapted to its exceptional forming capabilities.

Features:

• Small internal chamber allows for faster vacuuming

• Dual vacuum system – An initial motor removes the majority of the air, then a pump automatically takes over to extract the remaining air for greater detail resolution

• Operates on standard single-phase household current 110–120V (Also available in 210–240V single-phase)

• Fast-loading stainless steel welded plastic frame (adjustable to fit different plastic thicknesses) slides quickly into place before the plastic begins to cool

• All-metal construction

• Powerful 2 x 1500W heating elements, evenly distributing heat with no dead zones (3000W total)

• Forming depth up to 279mm depending on mold shape and plastic

• Can form plastics up to 6mm thick

• The EZFORM LV 1827 V2 works with all thermoformable plastics which include: Styrene, Acrylic (Plexiglas), Pet-G, PVC, ABS, Polyethylene, vinyl, Polycarbonate (Lexan) and many others

• This machine can be used for production, prototyping, magnetic letters, plaster/concrete/candy/chocolate molds, packaging, blister packaging, skin packaging, sign making, manufacturing masks, special effects, radio-controlled toy parts and many others.
