Strasbourg - Du 1.07 au 3.07
From July 1st to 3rd, 2025, Multistation will be taking part in the France Additive Forum, a major event for additive manufacturing in France. Organized by the France Additive association, this forum brings together the entire ecosystem: research centers, industrials, startups, end-users, and institutions.
France Additive is the leading reference association in France for 3D printing and additive manufacturing. Neutral and multisectoral, it unites a wide range of expertise spanning innovation, materials, processes, training, and the regulatory and economic challenges of the industry. With its 360° approach, France Additive supports a dynamic ecosystem, advocates for the sector at the national level, and fosters technological and industrial progress.
As part of the forum, Yannick Loisance, CEO of Multistation, will give a conference on the topic: “Metal Additive Manufacturing: A Strategic Tool for Defense”
This session will highlight the growing impact of metal additive manufacturing in the defense sector and forward-deployed maintenance. It will include a review of key processes such as LPBF, Cold Spray, and LWAM, with real-world examples from international collaborations—including Meltio, Titomic, and Xerion. The presentation will focus on the deployment of containerized mobile solutions and the challenges that must be addressed: post-processing, qualification, logistics, training… Key levers to support technological sovereignty.
