Polyshaper

PolyShaper is an Italian company founded by GIPAT Srl and based in L’Aquila. It specializes in the design of CNC hot wire machines for cutting polystyrene.

PolyShaper machines are manufactured in Italy and delivered pre-assembled, ready to use with their own software ShaCo, simple and intuitive. They are designed to meet the needs of both hobbyists and professionals, thanks to a complete range of models:

• Oranje: a compact and economical model, ideal for beginners or small spaces.
• Azul: a semi-professional version offering a larger working area for more ambitious projects.
• Graent: a professional machine capable of cutting polystyrene blocks up to 60 cm thick, suitable for industrial needs.
• Noir: a high-end model with a large working area of 200×120 cm, designed for large-scale applications.

The machines allow precise cutting of materials such as expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), Depron, and many others.
