CSV-400 EASY
The CSV-400 EASY is a manual, medium-capacity vacuum casting machine designed for the production of prototypes, pre-series, and small batches. Suitable for industrial applications and rapid prototyping, it delivers “good material” parts at low cost with excellent flexibility.
It can accommodate molds up to 500 × 500 × 635 mm and produce parts with a maximum volume of 1 liter.
VACUUM CASTING TECHNOLOGY
The machine uses a process that enables:
- Degassing of silicones or resins
- Mixing of components in two separate bowls
- Gravity casting into a mold inside a depressurized chamber
This process removes microbubbles from the resins and ensures non-porous parts with very high-quality finishes and exceptional detail accuracy.
APPLICATIONS
The CSV-400 EASY is ideal for:
- Producing single parts and small batches: prototypes, pre-series, etc.
- Encapsulating electrical and electronic components
- Liquid impregnation work
