Dynamic Imaging SLA – Dual Projector Technology
The Raplas PR 400i is the first machine in the Raplas lineup to integrate dual projection technology, compatible with 385 nm and 405 nm wavelengths, delivering enhanced performance for industrial SLA applications. Designed for demanding sectors such as investment casting, defence, service bureaus, industrial prototyping, and academic research, it combines speed, precision, and robustness.
Thanks to its dual UHD projectors, the PR 400i achieves build times up to ten times faster than traditional SLA systems, significantly increasing productivity in high-throughput environments. Its large build volume of 420 × 384 × 400 mm enables the production of large parts or multiple components in a single build, without compromising part quality.
Inspired by SLA principles, the innovative controlled peel-off support system ensures warp-free parts with excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability, even for complex geometries and large-scale models.
The system is powered by Raplas Integra+ proprietary software, enhanced with SmartBuild technology, developed in collaboration with Materialise. This advanced software solution provides dynamic, real-time control of the build process, allowing operators to customize build strategies per part—or even within a single part—optimizing both quality and speed.
The PR 400i also stands out for its material freedom, being compatible with any Raplas-qualified third-party resin operating at 385 nm or 405 nm. This open approach avoids vendor lock-in, reduces overall costs, and allows users to select the most suitable resin for each application.
