Zortrax is a Polish company which delivers comprehensive solutions for the 3D printing industry. It is also one of few producers offering the printer together with dedicated software and specially developed printing materials. Zortrax has developed technology designed for rapid prototyping.
Zortrax was founded by Rafal Tomasiak and Marcin Olchanowski. The development of the M200 3D printer started in 2011 and completed in 2013. To support production, they launched a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2013. End of 2013, the tech giant Dell ordered 5000 M200 3D printers. The company is poised to be a major player in the European market.
Zortrax M200® 3D printer is dedicated for primarily for designers, architects and engineers. The solution will find various applications in sectors such as education, industry and microfactories/ fablabs. The company developed its own 3D printing ecosystem: no open sourced solutions needed.
