Innovative multi-source 3D scanner technology

Equipped with 34 blue laser lines, 22 infrared laser lines and structured infrared illumination, the 3DeVOK MT 3D scanner from SCANTECH offers fast, accurate scanning, suitable for a wide range of materials and lighting conditions. As a result, this combination enables targetless scanning in all modes, thereby simplifying the entire data capture process

 

High accuracy and resolution

With a basic accuracy of up to 0.04 mm and a resolution of 0.05 mm, this scanner is ideal for applications such as reverse engineering, quality inspection, and product design. Furthermore, its volumetric accuracy of up to 0.04 mm + 0.06 mm/m ensures reliable and consistent results over large areas.

Fast, stable scanning

Thanks to data acquisition speeds of up to 4,500,000 dots per second and a maximum frame rate of 70 frames per second, objects can be captured quickly and smoothly. This high-speed performance significantly enhances scanning efficiency and workflow.

The scanner can cover a scan area of up to 490 mm × 490 mm in a single image, maximising process efficiency.

Advanced hybrid alignment

Moreover, this model integrates alignment technologies based on geometric features, textures, and markers, thereby offering maximum flexibility to adapt to a variety of scanning scenarios. As a result, this approach enables targetless scanning in many cases, significantly reducing the need for advance preparation
