Our technicians carry out a diagnosis,via our after-sales service (SAV) portal above, in order to find a solution to help you as soon as possible. Once the diagnosis is made and validated, 3 cases occur:

The operation remains the same, our technicians perform a remote diagnosis via our portal to identify the cause of the issue. Then they draw up an estimate and inform you of the amount to be paid.
You can also choose to repair your machine yourself. In this case, we make an estimate with the cost of the part(s) to be replaced with the transport costs.
