FGF TECHNOLOGY: FUSED GRANULATE FABRICATION

Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF) is a 3D printing process: thermoplastic granules are stored in a dryer and conveyed to the extruder by a compressed air system. The pellets are then transferred to the build plate where several resistors heat the pellets as they pass through the extruder before they are deposited on a heated or unheated plate. It is widely used in industry for the production of prototypes, molds, jigs and other tooling parts.

INGERSOLL

THE 3D PRINTING SOLUTION ON GANTRY WITH THE LARGEST FORMAT AVAILABLE

Ingersoll integrates an extrusion solution on gantries.  The extruders have an extrusion capacity of 60 to 200 kg per hour depending on the range. Ingersoll offers, on its gantry solutions, the possibility of machining after printing. Ingersoll offers two types of gantries, a more rigid one for aeronautics in order to obtain high precision during machining and a lighter version for applications requiring less precision (e.g.: naval, furniture…). The printing dimensions can vary according to the customer’s needs (e.g.: 3 m in height, 4 m in width and 16 m in length).

FDM/FFF TECHNOLOGY: FUSED DEPOSION MOLDING / FUSED FILAMENT DEPOSITION

FDM technology (Fused Deposition Modeling) is a 3D printing process using a coil of heated thermoplastic filament deposited on a printing plate.

BIGREP

LEADER IN LARGE FORMAT FDM ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

BigRep’s printers are robust industrial solutions with three different models to suit the needs of its customers, whether for part production, prototyping or R&D. Printing volumes range from 0.25 to 1 cubic meter. With the ability to use your own filaments or those of BigRep. BigRep offers a training service for its customers on their printers. For applications in aeronautics, naval, automotive, construction, design for the realization of mold or JIG of finished part after or not machining. More than 700 references in the world.

DLP TECHNOLOGY: DIGITAL LIGHT PROJECTOR

This process differs from stereolithography by its digital screen projector which will project a single image on the entire printing platform at each layer.

ADMATEC

3D DLP PRINTER FOR TECHNICAL CERAMICS AND METALS

Admatec uses a 3D printing technology called Digital Light Processing (DLP) to produce ceramic and metal parts. A film drives a loaded layer of ceramic or metal material through a resin reservoir. When the film stops, the projector illuminates the desired areas and cures the resin, forming the part layer by layer. The parts must be cleaned, debonded and sintered for densification. Admatec also offers the option of printing multi-material parts.

MJ TECHNOLOGY: MATERIAL JETTING

Material Jetting is a 3D printing method where droplets of material are deposited layer by layer to make parts. This method involves the use of photocurable resin sprayed with UV light or thermally melted materials that solidify at room temperature. Wax printers require milling after each layer to control layer height. This technology is commonly used to produce precise parts with a smooth surface finish.

SOLIDSCAPE

WAX DROP PRINTER

Solidscape printers are used for jewelry, watchmaking instruments, precision casting and investment casting. These printers are very precise, with a layer thickness between 6 and 50 µm and an accuracy of +/- 127 µm. The printing volume is 152.4 x 152.4 x 101.6 mm. A milling of the layer is done to adjust the height which allows the use of more rigid waxes and therefore easier to handle.

FLASHFORGE

WAX PRINTER WITH A HEAD EQUIPPED WITH MULTIPLE WAX SPRAYING NOZZLES

The WAX JET 400 allows to print parts for the lost wax casting process. Large printing volume with the possibility of superimposing models. It is suitable for jewelry, watchmaking instruments, handicrafts, precision casting and aerospace precision casting. The build platform area is 289x218x150 mm with a dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.04mm/20mm and a layer thickness of 16 μm. This process is very fast.

INKBIT

3D PRINTER USING VISION-CONTROLLED JETTING TECHNOLOGY TO MAINTAIN REPEATABILITY, QUALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY IN HIGH-VOLUME PARTS

Inkbit is a product of the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. This 3D printer manufacturer has developed a new additive manufacturing process (Vision-Controlled Jetting (VCJ)) driven by cameras and artificial intelligence. The Vista printer prints by inkjet over the entire width of the plate. Automatic extrusion head purges and print control are performed automatically during printing. The printer has a construction volume of 500 mm x 250 mm x 200 mm and is suitable for large-scale production.

LAM (Liquid Additive Manufacturing)

Liquid Additive Manufacturing (LAM) is an additive manufacturing technique that involves depositing a liquid or high viscosity material (e.g. liquid silicone rubber) on a building surface to create an object that is then heat cured to harden the object.

INNOVATIQ

3D PRINTING FROM LIQUID SILICONE

The LiQ 320 is the solution for additive manufacturing of components from liquid silicone. With a printing volume of 250 x 320 x 150 mm, a printing speed of 10-150 mm/s, a repeatability of +/-0.2mm, a light source of 2000°C and an open solution for using your own materials.
